Service Description

Concierge APRN’s “The NAD+ Boost” is a mobile IV therapy service for eligible adults seeking hydration, nutrient support and clinician-guided wellness care in South Florida. The infusion may combine 1 liter of normal saline with NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), vitamin B12, B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium and glutathione when clinically appropriate. NAD+ is a naturally occurring coenzyme involved in cellular metabolism, redox reactions and normal energy-production pathways. Vitamin B12 and B-complex vitamins support normal nervous-system function and energy metabolism; vitamin C contributes to antioxidant activity and normal immune function; magnesium participates in muscle and nerve processes; and glutathione is an antioxidant produced naturally in the body. These biological roles do not prove that an IV infusion will increase energy, sharpen focus, improve athletic performance, slow aging, repair cells, accelerate recovery or “detox” the body. Before treatment, your nurse practitioner may review medical history, medications, allergies, supplements, prior infusions, hydration status, blood pressure, cardiovascular history, kidney function, pregnancy status when relevant and possible contraindications. Ingredient selection, dose, infusion rate and compatibility are based on clinical assessment and professional judgment. Interest in NAD+, healthy aging, cognition, fatigue and recovery has grown, but evidence for IV NAD+ remains limited. A 2026 systematic review found no eligible clinical-outcome trials of intravenous or intramuscular NAD+ itself for anti-aging or wellness indications. Individual response and tolerability can vary. Some patients may experience nausea, flushing, discomfort or other infusion-related symptoms. Treatment may be slowed or stopped when necessary. IV therapy does not replace primary care, sleep, nutrition, exercise, oral hydration, preventive screening or treatment of an underlying condition. Concierge APRN, LLC operates under Florida Statute 464.0123, granting autonomous practice authority to qualifying APRNs. This allows Dr. Kayla Azari Garmizo, DNP, APRN, to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients without physician supervision within her scope of practice. All patient information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Florida privacy laws, and telehealth visits are conducted via HIPAA-compliant platforms to safeguard your confidentiality. By receiving services from Concierge APRN, LLC, you acknowledge that the information you provide regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, and current conditions is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you understand that Dr. Kayla Azari Garmizo, DNP, APRN, will base her treatment decisions on the information you provide. You release her from liability for any adverse outcome resulting from omitted, false, or inaccurate information you supply. Concierge APRN, LLC does not provide emergency medical services; if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
