Service Description

Concierge APRN’s Myers’ Cocktail is a mobile IV therapy option for eligible adults seeking hydration and clinician-guided vitamin and mineral support in South Florida. The formula may combine 1 liter of normal saline with magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin B12 and B-complex vitamins, administered by a licensed nurse practitioner after a safety review. Before treatment, your provider may review medical history, medications, allergies, supplements, previous IV therapy, symptoms, hydration status, blood pressure, kidney function, cardiovascular history, pregnancy status when relevant, fluid-balance concerns and contraindications. This helps determine whether IV hydration is appropriate and whether any ingredient should be adjusted or avoided. Normal saline supports fluid and sodium-chloride replacement when clinically indicated. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle, nerve and metabolic function. Vitamin B12 supports normal red blood cell formation and neurological function. B vitamins participate in energy metabolism, while vitamin C contributes to normal immune function, collagen formation and antioxidant activity. These nutrient roles do not mean that a Myers’ Cocktail is proven to increase energy, “boost immunity,” reduce stress, cure fatigue, accelerate recovery or improve wellness in every patient. The Myers’ Cocktail is widely used in wellness settings, but evidence for broad health benefits in otherwise healthy adults remains limited. IV vitamins should not replace balanced nutrition, oral hydration, sleep, exercise, preventive care, diagnosis or treatment of an underlying condition. Persistent fatigue, weakness, dizziness, recurrent dehydration or suspected nutrient deficiency may require laboratory testing or additional medical evaluation. Your mobile IV visit may include IV access, infusion setup, hydration assessment, monitoring for tolerance and post-infusion guidance. Treatment is individualized; ingredient availability, dose and suitability depend on clinical judgment. Concierge APRN, LLC operates under Florida Statute 464.0123, granting autonomous practice authority to qualifying APRNs. This allows Dr. Kayla Azari Garmizo, DNP, APRN, to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients without physician supervision within her scope of practice. All patient information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Florida privacy laws, and telehealth visits are conducted via HIPAA-compliant platforms to safeguard your confidentiality. By receiving services from Concierge APRN, LLC, you acknowledge that the information you provide regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, and current conditions is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you understand that Dr. Kayla Azari Garmizo, DNP, APRN, will base her treatment decisions on the information you provide. You release her from liability for any adverse outcome resulting from omitted, false, or inaccurate information you supply.
