Concierge APRN’s “The Immune Boost” IV is a mobile hydration and nutrient-support service for eligible adults seeking clinician-guided care in South Florida. The infusion may combine 1 liter of normal saline with vitamin B12, B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, zinc and glutathione when clinically appropriate and compatible with your health history. Before treatment, a nurse practitioner may review symptoms, medications, supplements, allergies, recent illness, hydration status, nutrition, prior IV therapy, kidney function, cardiovascular history, blood pressure, pregnancy status when relevant, fluid balance and contraindications. This safety screening helps determine whether IV hydration is suitable and whether any ingredient or dose should be adjusted or avoided. Vitamin C and zinc are nutrients involved in normal immune function, while vitamin B12 and other B vitamins participate in normal cellular metabolism, red blood cell formation and nervous-system function. Glutathione is an antioxidant produced naturally in the body. These physiological roles do not mean that an IV infusion is proven to prevent infection, “boost” immunity beyond normal function, cure illness, eliminate toxins, increase energy, improve mental clarity or speed recovery. People without a nutrient deficiency may not gain additional immune protection simply from receiving higher amounts of vitamins or minerals. This service may be considered by adults interested in hydration, nutrient supplementation, wellness support, travel recovery, exercise recovery or post-illness hydration after evaluation. Persistent fever, severe dehydration, chest pain, shortness of breath, confusion, fainting, significant weakness or worsening illness requires medical assessment and may need urgent or emergency care. Your mobile IV visit may include IV access, infusion setup, hydration assessment, monitoring for tolerance and post-treatment guidance. Concierge APRN, LLC operates under Florida Statute 464.0123, granting autonomous practice authority to qualifying APRNs. This allows Dr. Kayla Azari Garmizo, DNP, APRN, to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients without physician supervision within her scope of practice. All patient information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Florida privacy laws, and telehealth visits are conducted via HIPAA-compliant platforms to safeguard your confidentiality. By receiving services from Concierge APRN, LLC, you acknowledge that the information you provide regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, and current conditions is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you understand that Dr. Kayla Azari Garmizo, DNP, APRN, will base her treatment decisions on the information you provide. You release her from liability for any adverse outcome resulting from omitted, false, or inaccurate information you supply. Concierge APRN, LLC does not provide emergency medical services; if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
