Service Description

Concierge APRN’s “Give Me What I Need” IV is personalized, lab-guided mobile IV therapy for eligible adults seeking clinician-directed hydration and nutrient support in South Florida. Instead of choosing a preset vitamin cocktail, your formulation is considered after a nurse practitioner reviews recent labs, medical history, medications, supplements, allergies, symptoms, nutritional concerns, previous treatment, hydration status, wellness goals and contraindications. Recent labs from the previous six months are required. Review may include a complete blood count (CBC), comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP), electrolytes, blood glucose, kidney function, liver function, vitamin levels, mineral-related markers and other relevant tests. An abnormal result does not automatically mean you need IV treatment. Dietary changes, oral supplementation, repeat testing, primary-care follow-up or specialist evaluation may be more appropriate. If IV therapy is clinically appropriate, your personalized formulation may include up to five selected components such as fluids, vitamins, minerals, electrolytes or other available nutrients. Selection is clinician-directed and considers lab findings, medical history, medication interactions, kidney and cardiovascular health, fluid balance, allergies, prior infusion reactions and safety. The service may support individualized hydration and nutrient-replacement planning, but it is not a guaranteed way to correct every deficiency, restore “balance,” increase energy, improve cognition, boost immunity, accelerate recovery or optimize health. Nutrient deficiencies and persistent symptoms should be evaluated according to their cause, severity and appropriate route of treatment. Prescription treatment may be considered when medically indicated and legally permitted; a prescription is never guaranteed. Selected add-ons may be administered by IV or subcutaneous injection when appropriate. Lab testing, medications, pharmacy services and travel may involve separate fees. Mobile appointments may be available in Surfside, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Indian Creek Village, Miami Beach, North Beach, Mid-Beach, South Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Golden Beach, Aventura, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Miami Shores, Biscayne Park, North Bay Village, Edgewater, Midtown Miami, Wynwood, Design District, Downtown Miami, Brickell and Hallandale Beach. By scheduling a telehealth visit, you acknowledge and consent to receive healthcare services via electronic communication and understand that telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care and may not be appropriate for all conditions. Concierge APRN, LLC operates under Florida Statute 464.0123, granting autonomous practice authority to qualifying APRNs. This allows Dr. Kayla Azari Garmizo, DNP, APRN, to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients without physician supervision within her scope of practice. All patient information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Florida privacy laws, and telehealth visits are conducted via HIPAA-compliant platforms to safeguard your confidentiality. By receiving services from Concierge APRN, LLC, you acknowledge that the information you provide regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, and current conditions is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you understand that Dr. Kayla Azari Garmizo, DNP, APRN, will base her treatment decisions on the information you provide. You release her from liability for any adverse outcome resulting from omitted, false, or inaccurate information you supply. Concierge APRN, LLC does not provide emergency medical services; if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Supplements and vitamin services provided have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
