Concierge APRN’s “The NAD+” is a mobile NAD+ IV therapy service for eligible adults interested in clinician-guided hydration and wellness support in South Florida. NAD+—nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide—is a naturally occurring coenzyme involved in cellular metabolism, redox reactions and normal energy-production pathways. Its biological importance, however, does not mean that intravenous NAD+ has been proven to increase energy, sharpen cognition, improve athletic performance, accelerate recovery, reverse aging or repair cells. Your visit may include a review of medical history, medications, allergies, supplements, symptoms, previous infusions, hydration status, blood pressure, cardiovascular history, kidney function, pregnancy status when relevant, wellness goals and potential contraindications. When clinically appropriate, treatment may combine NAD+ with 1 liter of normal saline and professional IV administration by a licensed nurse practitioner. Interest in NAD+, healthy aging, mitochondrial function, metabolic health, fatigue, focus, exercise recovery and wellness has grown, but current human evidence for IV NAD+ remains limited. A 2026 systematic review found no eligible clinical-outcome trials of intravenous or intramuscular NAD+ for anti-aging or wellness indications. Early real-world research has focused mainly on tolerability and short-term biomarkers rather than proven improvements in energy, cognition, mood, performance or longevity. During an infusion, some patients may experience nausea, abdominal discomfort, flushing, increased heart rate, chest pressure or other infusion-related symptoms. Your clinician may adjust the infusion rate, stop treatment or recommend additional evaluation when needed. NAD+ IV therapy is not emergency treatment and does not replace primary care, diagnosis, sleep, nutrition, exercise, oral hydration or treatment of an underlying medical condition. By scheduling a telehealth visit, you acknowledge and consent to receive healthcare services via electronic communication and understand that telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care and may not be appropriate for all conditions. Concierge APRN, LLC operates under Florida Statute 464.0123, granting autonomous practice authority to qualifying APRNs. This allows Dr. Kayla Azari Garmizo, DNP, APRN, to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients without physician supervision within her scope of practice. All patient information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Florida privacy laws, and telehealth visits are conducted via HIPAA-compliant platforms to safeguard your confidentiality. By receiving services from Concierge APRN, LLC, you acknowledge that the information you provide regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, and current conditions is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you understand that Dr. Kayla Azari Garmizo, DNP, APRN, will base her treatment decisions on the information you provide. You release her from liability for any adverse outcome resulting from omitted, false, or inaccurate information you supply. Concierge APRN, LLC does not provide emergency medical services; if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
