Concierge APRN offers 30-minute telehealth medical clearance consultations for eligible Florida patients who need documentation for work, school, travel, return-to-work requirements or selected pre-procedure needs. Connect by secure video with a licensed nurse practitioner for a focused virtual evaluation from home. Your visit may include review of medical history, symptoms, medications, allergies, chronic conditions, prior diagnoses, surgeries, recent illnesses, lab results, vaccination information and the clearance form requested. The clinician determines whether virtual clearance is appropriate or whether additional testing or an in-person examination is required. Documentation may include employment medical clearance, pre-employment forms, return-to-work clearance, school or program forms, travel medical certification, fitness documentation or other non-emergency health paperwork. Pre-operative or surgical clearance is not automatically appropriate for telehealth. A surgeon, facility, employer, school, airline or other organization may require an in-person physical exam, vital signs, blood work, urinalysis, EKG/ECG, imaging or additional testing. When clinically indicated, the nurse practitioner may order testing through Quest Diagnostics or another appropriate laboratory and review results. External laboratory, imaging or specialist fees are separate. Clearance, form completion or medical certification is never guaranteed because an appointment is booked or paid for; eligibility depends on clinical findings and required documentation. Florida telehealth services are provided within the clinician's scope of practice and prevailing professional standard of care. Telehealth may be used for patient evaluation when clinically sufficient, but it does not replace an in-person assessment when hands-on examination or diagnostic information is necessary. This service is for non-emergency care.
