Concierge APRN offers 15-minute telehealth consultations for eligible patients in Florida who need virtual care for non-emergency health concerns, follow-up questions, medication needs or treatment guidance. Connect by secure video from home with an experienced nurse practitioner for a focused evaluation tailored to your symptoms, medical history and care goals. Your virtual visit may include review of symptoms, medications, allergies, chronic conditions, prior treatment, test results and follow-up needs. The clinician may discuss diagnosis considerations, treatment options, self-care, monitoring, preventive guidance, medication management, referrals, laboratory testing or an in-person examination when appropriate. Telehealth may be useful for selected minor illnesses, ongoing-condition follow-up, medication questions, prescription refills, new treatment discussions, lab-result review, care-plan updates and general medical guidance. A diagnosis, prescription or refill is never guaranteed. Medication is prescribed only after an adequate clinical evaluation and when medically appropriate, permitted by law and within the provider's scope of practice. If a separate prescription add-on is clinically appropriate, the current additional fee is $55; payment does not guarantee medication. Virtual care cannot replace every physical examination, imaging study, procedure or emergency evaluation. If symptoms require auscultation, palpation, neurological testing, laboratory work, imaging, EKG/ECG, urgent assessment or another level of care, an in-person visit, primary-care appointment, specialist referral, urgent care or emergency care may be recommended. Telehealth is not intended for emergencies. Florida telehealth care follows professional standards, scope-of-practice requirements and Florida telehealth law. Evaluation, documentation, treatment recommendations and prescribing decisions are based on clinical appropriateness and evidence-informed care. Appointments may be available to eligible patients in Surfside, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Indian Creek Village, Miami Beach, North Beach, Mid-Beach, South Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Golden Beach, Aventura, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Miami Shores, Biscayne Park, North Bay Village, Edgewater, Midtown Miami, Wynwood, Design District, Downtown Miami, Brickell and Hallandale Beach.
