Concierge APRN’s “Give Me What I Want” IV is a customizable mobile IV therapy experience for eligible adults who want hydration and nutrient options selected around personal preferences, health history and clinician assessment. Rather than choosing ingredients without medical review, you can discuss your wellness goals with a licensed nurse practitioner, who determines which available components are appropriate, compatible and safe. Your mobile IV appointment may begin with a review of medical history, medications, allergies, supplements, previous infusions, hydration status, symptoms, blood pressure, kidney function, cardiovascular history, pregnancy status when relevant, fluid-balance concerns and potential contraindications. When IV therapy is appropriate, the formulation may use a 1-liter normal saline hydration base and include up to five clinician-approved add-ons. Available options may include vitamin B12, B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, biotin and other professionally sourced nutrients or antioxidants when clinically appropriate. Ingredient availability, route, dose and combination depend on medical suitability, product sourcing, medication interactions and professional judgment. Patient preference matters, but more ingredients do not automatically provide more benefit. This customizable IV service may be considered by adults interested in hydration support, nutrient supplementation, general wellness, travel recovery, exercise recovery or convenient mobile care. It is not promoted as a proven treatment to “detox” the body, burn fat, cure fatigue, boost immunity, improve cognition, enhance beauty or optimize health. Persistent fatigue, weakness, dehydration, dizziness or concentration problems may have medical causes that require evaluation. Selected intramuscular injections may be available when medically appropriate. Other aesthetic or wellness services, if offered, require separate assessment and should not be assumed to be compatible with an IV visit. If a prescription is paid for but ultimately not provided or not picked up, that portion may be refunded or credited toward a future telehealth visit or a suitable alternative. By scheduling a telehealth visit, you acknowledge and consent to receive healthcare services via electronic communication and understand that telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care and may not be appropriate for all conditions. Concierge APRN, LLC operates under Florida Statute 464.0123, granting autonomous practice authority to qualifying APRNs. This allows Dr. Kayla Azari Garmizo, DNP, APRN, to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients without physician supervision within her scope of practice. All patient information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Florida privacy laws, and telehealth visits are conducted via HIPAA-compliant platforms to safeguard your confidentiality. By receiving services from Concierge APRN, LLC, you acknowledge that the information you provide regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, and current conditions is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you understand that Dr. Kayla Azari Garmizo, DNP, APRN, will base her treatment decisions on the information you provide. You release her from liability for any adverse outcome resulting from omitted, false, or inaccurate information you supply. Concierge APRN, LLC does not provide emergency medical services; if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Supplements and vitamin services provided have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
