Concierge APRN’s “Give Me Everything” IV is a comprehensive mobile IV therapy option for eligible adults seeking hydration and clinician-guided nutrient support in South Florida. Before treatment, your nurse practitioner reviews medical history, medications, allergies, supplements, symptoms, previous IV therapy, hydration status, kidney function, cardiovascular history, blood pressure, pregnancy status when relevant, wellness goals and possible contraindications. When IV therapy is clinically appropriate, the formulation may include 1 liter of normal saline with selected vitamins, minerals, electrolytes or antioxidants. Available components may include vitamin B12, B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, biotin, glutathione, MIC/Lipostat-Plus or other appropriate available ingredients. Ingredient selection, dose, route and compatibility depend on clinical assessment, product sourcing, current medications, health conditions and professional judgment. This service may be considered by adults interested in hydration, nutrient supplementation, travel recovery, exercise recovery, general wellness or convenient mobile care. Individual nutrients have established physiological roles: vitamin B12 supports normal red blood cell formation and nervous-system function; vitamin C contributes to antioxidant activity; magnesium participates in muscle and nerve function; zinc contributes to normal immune function and wound healing; and biotin supports normal macronutrient metabolism. Receiving these nutrients intravenously does not guarantee increased energy, faster metabolism, stronger immunity, detoxification, reduced inflammation, clearer thinking, improved skin or accelerated recovery. IV therapy does not replace primary care, balanced nutrition, oral hydration, sleep, exercise, preventive screening or treatment of an underlying condition. Persistent fatigue, weakness, dizziness, dehydration or persistent symptoms may require laboratory testing or further medical evaluation. If a prescription is paid for but ultimately not provided or not picked up, that portion may be refunded or credited toward a future telehealth visit or a suitable alternative. By scheduling a telehealth visit, you acknowledge and consent to receive healthcare services via electronic communication and understand that telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care and may not be appropriate for all conditions. Concierge APRN, LLC operates under Florida Statute 464.0123, granting autonomous practice authority to qualifying APRNs. This allows Dr. Kayla Azari Garmizo, DNP, APRN, to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients without physician supervision within her scope of practice. All patient information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Florida privacy laws, and telehealth visits are conducted via HIPAA-compliant platforms to safeguard your confidentiality. By receiving services from Concierge APRN, LLC, you acknowledge that the information you provide regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, and current conditions is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you understand that Dr. Kayla Azari Garmizo, DNP, APRN, will base her treatment decisions on the information you provide. You release her from liability for any adverse outcome resulting from omitted, false, or inaccurate information you supply. Concierge APRN, LLC does not provide emergency medical services; if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
