Lab-Guided IV Therapy In South Florida

Personalized mobile IV therapy guided by labs, history and clinician review in South Florida.

Descripción del servicio

Concierge APRN’s “Give Me What I Need” IV is personalized, lab-guided IV therapy for eligible adults who prefer clinician-directed care over a preset vitamin drip. Kayla Azari-Garmizo, DNP, APRN, AGACNP-BC reviews recent laboratory results, medical history, medications, supplements, allergies, symptoms, hydration, nutritional concerns, prior treatment, health conditions, wellness goals and contraindications before deciding whether IV therapy is appropriate. Your 60-minute mobile IV visit is $250 and may include up to five clinically appropriate components, such as IV fluids, electrolytes, vitamins or minerals. Selection considers clinical assessment, lab information, medication interactions, kidney function, cardiovascular history, fluid balance, blood pressure, pregnancy status when relevant, prior infusion reactions and safety. You do not build your own IV cocktail. Recent labs, generally from the previous six months, are required. Review may include a complete blood count (CBC), comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP), electrolytes, blood glucose, kidney markers, liver markers, vitamin levels, mineral-related markers and other clinically relevant tests. An abnormal result does not automatically mean you have a deficiency or need intravenous treatment. Dr. Kayla may instead recommend oral supplementation, nutrition changes, repeat testing, primary-care follow-up, medication review, specialist evaluation or no IV treatment. It may be considered for hydration, wellness, travel, exercise recovery, fatigue or nutritional concerns, but results are not guaranteed. IV vitamins are not proven to universally boost energy, improve brain fog, enhance immunity, prevent infection, optimize health or replace preventive care. Severe dehydration, chest pain, shortness of breath, altered mental status, significant electrolyte abnormalities, serious infection or unstable conditions require an appropriate medical setting. Mobile appointments are available in eligible South Florida areas including Surfside, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Indian Creek Village, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Golden Beach, Aventura, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Miami Shores, Biscayne Park, North Bay Village, Edgewater, Midtown Miami, Wynwood, Design District, Downtown Miami, Brickell and Hallandale Beach. Travel fees may apply outside the standard service area. Book a personalized IV consultation to determine whether lab-guided mobile IV therapy is clinically appropriate for you.
